1. Shipping Timeframe
At MA DERMAESTHETICS, we are committed to delivering your skincare and beauty favorites swiftly. Our standard delivery timeframe is within 2–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
5. Delivery Locations
We deliver to a wide range of locations. However, there may be certain areas that are outside our delivery zones. If your delivery address is in a non-serviceable area, we will notify you promptly.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your order, our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. It is advisable to provide a delivery address where you can be available to accept the parcel.
7. International Shipping
Currently, MA DERMAESTHETICS only offers shipping within our serviceable region. International shipping options will be updated as and when they become available.
8. Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed, changes to your order or delivery address may not be possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. MA DERMAESTHETICS is not liable for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
