We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Skin Whitening injections that have a scratched QR code or broken seal are not eligible for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@madermaesthetics.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by our support team once the return is accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return details along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the customer does not want a replacement, Rs. 2000 will be charged as a stocking fee. Shipping charges mentioned on the booking slip will also be charged on returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, and you’ll need to provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
